Our services include:  *An initial free of charge consultation to discuss your requirements, ideas, wishes and dreams (this can either be face to face if you are on the island or alternatively via telephone or other electronic communication methods) Help, advice, assistance & booking of the following:  *Your Perfect Venue  *Food & Drink  *Celebrant & Ceremony  *Flowers *Cake  *Photography  *Videography  *Hair, Nails & Make Up  *Music / Entertainment  *Transport  *Any other services / suppliers / vendors which you may require in order to create your magical bespoke day.  *Our team will also provide you with:  *Design, decor & styling ideas  *Help with floor plans and seating arrangements.  *Attendance at all venue / supplier meetings on your behalf.  *Unlimited communication via telephone, Skype and email and unlimited face to face meetings on the lead up to your event.  *Electronic access to your ongoing live budget sheet so that you can keep a close eye on your expenditure.  *We will work with you to create a monthly budget plan which is affordable to you in order to pay for your special day month by month if required. *Manage payments to suppliers & venues.  *Pre wedding meeting prior to your event to discuss in detail the itinerary of the day.  *Event set up (construction & set up of all chosen / hired props on the day of your event).  *Instruct suppliers on your behalf on the day of your event. *Create and distribute a comprehensive itinerary for the day of your event to the relevant suppliers.  *A minimum of 2 planners present on the day of your event until late in the evening to ensure everything runs smoothly and your day has been perfect from start to finish.  *Complimentary necessities for the comfort of your guests on the day of your event.
